We strive to provide the best shopping experience to customer. We generally ship your product within 24 hours and a lot of time within the same day once we receive your order. We primarily ship our orders via USPS or Fedex ground with tracking. Shipping time varies but usually within 2-5 business days.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will do our best to retrieve it before it leaves our warehouse. If the package has shipped, you can refuse accepting it and have it returned to us. Once we received your returned order, we will credit your account back less the shipping that we paid.
Generally we do not accept returns, exchange or refunds, unless we made a mistake shipping you the wrong product. You must contact us within 3 days upon receipt of the merchandise and we will resolve the problem ASAP. The item must be in its original packaging unopened and unused.
